How long does it take to ship my order within India?
For ready to ship products the delivery time varies from 7 to 11 business working days. For custom orders, the delivery time varies from 45 to 90 business working days depending on the order. Our dispatch team ensures timely deliveries. Once you have made the purchase with us, you will receive a confirmation email with the delivery dates.

How long does it take to ship my order internationally?
For ready to ship products the delivery time varies from 7 to 14 business working days. For custom orders, the delivery time varies from 45 to 90 business working days depending on order.
Our dispatch team ensures timely deliveries. Once you have made the purchase with us, you will receive a confirmation email with the delivery dates. However, Frontier Raas will not be liable for any delays caused by the customs department or the port authorities in your country.

What are the delivery charges within India?
We are offering free delivery within Delhi NCR and a charge of INR 1000 will be charged outside Delhi.

What are the delivery charges for International shipping and where do you ship currently?
Delivery is worldwide. We ship every where except Pakistan and Nepal. We charge a minimal amount for shipping outside India.

Can I change the shipping address of my order once the order has been dispatched?
We are unable to redirect orders once the order has been dispatched. Therefore, please ensure you provide a suitable shipping address for the specified delivery times.

Delivery was attempted, but I was unavailable. What can I do now?
Do not worry, our courier company will try to reattempt to deliver within the next 2 business working days. In case parcel is still not delivered you can either get in touch with our customer care team or submit your delivery request to the courier company.

Will I have to pay duties and taxes?
For any international orders, Frontier Raas is not responsible for paying any duties, VAT, or taxes imposed by the government of the destination country.
If the client refuses to accept the parcel from the forward agent and the product is returned to Frontier Raas in India, the client will not be eligible for a refund or be able to claim any chargebacks.

Does Frontier Raas ship to multiple addresses?
Unfortunately, at the moment you can ship to only one address per order. If your order contains gifts or items that require shipping to multiple addresses, in that case you will need to place orders separately for each address.

Is my order insured when shipped and do I need to sign for my order at the time of delivery?
Yes, your parcel is insured by our shipping provider. Due to the high value of goods that we sell, we require proof of delivery for every order. This means we are unable to authorize delivery of packages without a signature.

How can I track my order?
We use reliable courier companies like Blue Dart, Delhivery, DHL, FedEx, etc to ship the products. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with the shipping details and tracking number. If you have registered with us, you are also able to view and track the status of your order by signing in and selecting My Account followed by Order Status. If you are not registered, sign up now so you can track future orders.
