• I would like to cancel my order.

    We are sorry to hear that! However, at Frontier Raas we believe that customer satisfaction is our top priority. We allow early cancellations for orders. Once an order is placed you have 24 hours to cancel the order from the time of booking and we will refund you the money. In the event of cancellation, your payment will be returned to you within 14 business days.

  • The colour of the dress I ordered, is not what was showing on my screen?

    While we have made every effort to as display accurately as possible the colours of the products on the site. However, we cannot guarantee that your monitor or screen’s display of any colour will be completely accurate, as computer monitors, and screens of electronic devices vary.

  • What is your custom order cancellation policy?

    We at Frontier Raas pride ourselves with our efforts to create custom clothing for our patrons. However, customer satisfaction is also especially important to us. Once a custom order has been placed, we allow the customer to cancel the order within 24 hours from the time of booking and we will refund the money within 14 business working days.

  • My order was damaged when I received it, what can I do now?

    We are sorry to hear that the order received was damaged. In an event this happens to you, we will need you to reach out to your customer care team within 24 hours of you receiving the order. We will require you to take images and videos of the damaged garment along with the courier box it was delivered to you in.

    The customer is required to inspect the product immediately upon delivery and shall within 24 hours from such delivery give notice in writing to Frontier Raas and Courier Company by email, by any matter whereof the customer may allege that the product is not in accordance with the order.

    If the customer fails to give such notice the goods will be deemed to be in all respects in accordance with the order and the customer shall be deemed to have accepted the goods accordingly.

  • Are in store exchanges allowed for online purchases?

    Unfortunately, currently we are unable to exchange online orders in store. Please read our Return and Exchange policy.

  • What is Frontier Raas policy for Return or Exchange?

    For any international orders, Frontier Raas is not responsible for paying any duties, VAT, or taxes imposed by the government of the destination country.

    If the client refuses to accept the parcel from the forward agent and the product is returned to Frontier Raas in India, the client will not be eligible for a refund or be able to claim any charge backs.

    At Frontier Raas, we follow a strict quality control protocol. To ensure our clients are confident in the quality and accuracy of their products, we share images or videos through their personal email or WhatsApp prior to dispatching the outfits.

  • Does Frontier Raas have seasonal sales?

    Yes, we do have seasonal sales and offer promotions throughout the year. Register with us and we can keep you updated with all the exciting offers we have coming your way.

  • Can I return/exchange products during sale?

    Any products purchased during sale will not be eligible for return or exchange.
