  • How do I track my order?

    Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with the shipping details and tracking number. If you have registered with us, you are also able to view and track the status of your order by signing in and selecting My Account followed by Order Status. If you are not registered, sign up now so you can track future orders.

  • Can I book an order for delivery to more than one shipping address?

    Unfortunately, at the moment you can ship to only one address per order. If your order contains gifts or items that require shipping to multiple addresses, in that case you will need to place orders separately for each address.

  • Where is my order?

Frontier Raas is not responsible for any delays caused by destinations' custom clearance processes.   • How do I know if an item is in stock?

    The number of days mentioned on the product page once the size is selected lets you know if the garment is in stock. If the delivery timeline is less than 11 business working days, the item is in stock. Please be aware that if an item is in your shopping bag, it can still be bought by another customer until you have completed your order. Frontier Raas is a design house which can customize mostly all garments, so we are happy to take orders even if the size desired is not available.

  • Can I place an order for a sold-out style?

    Once you are registered with us and If any product is sold out, you can add the item to your wish list, and we will notify you once the product is back in stock. Furthermore, you can click on the “Enquire about this product” tab on the product page of the sold out design, and we will reach out to you regarding the same product or show you similar products if we have available.

  • If I like a design on the website, is it possible to custom make it in different colours?

    Yes, Frontier Raas prides itself on its ability to customize outfits for colour, pattern, and design. However, it is highly advisable to reach out to our customer care team with the changes that you are wishing to make. Once the customer care team confirms to you that the changes can be incorporated, only then you may place the order. During checkout mention the desired changes in the notes section, or email us as the desired changes at [email protected]

  • Are the colours shown on the website accurate?

    While we have made every effort to as display accurately as possible the colours of the products on the site. However, we cannot guarantee that your monitor or screen’s display of any colour will be completely accurate, as computer monitors, and screens of electronic
